Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Hormone Consultant
Trained in traditional Western Medicine, but fortunate enough to have found the power of bio-identical hormone therapy, I bring you over 15 years of professional experience and I know that true health and wellbeing isn’t found in a 15 minute doctor's office visit.
I originally went to school to become a teacher, but as soon as I took my first science class I fell in love and that started my career into nursing and then later led into receiving a doctorate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Now, as your Hormone Consultant, I get to blend both education and science as we navigate your health together and I teach you the ‘why’ behind the reasons you’re feeling like you are and empower you with the solutions to feel better and look great!
If you’ve taken the Enneagram test, I’m a 5 (Investigator) which works out well for you because my desire to know all the things allows me to pass them on to you!

I know, crazy cat lady, but I can’t help it! I mean, they’re so cute. I’ve had cat’s my whole life and currently have two named Samson and Delilah (yes, he even has one eye!)

Born and raised in the desert of Arizona, I get cold when the temps drop below 80 degrees, but… I do love a quick get away to a mountain town. My favorites are Flagstaff, AZ and Breckenridge, CO.

As an introverted extrovert (you feel me?) I love to plan a good dinner party, but just about the time when all the guests are getting comfortable I’m ready to retreat to my bedroom for some peace and quiet. But seriously, quality time, good conversations, and laughs are the way to my heart, so the more people I get to connect with, the happier I am.
