We do NOT accept health insurance
- You may utilize your HSA/FSA cards with our office; however, it is ultimately up to your personal health plan on the services they cover
- You may use your health insurance to cover your lab work; however, if any of your lab work is not covered or you receive a bill it is your responsibility
HRT/TRT (hormone Therapy):
1. Schedule a FREE 15 minute phone call with Dr. Boyd
2. If you choose to proceed with a full consultation & lab review the cost is $250 . You will be sent a lab order to have drawn at your convenience at a lab of your choice .
3. Once your lab results are back (~1 week) complete a 30-45 minute virtual comprehensive consultation and lab review with Dr. Boyd. Receive recommendations on which hormones will benefit you based on your individual health, your symptoms & lab results, and your goals.
4. If you are eligible and choose to proceed with HRT/TRT the Treatment Cost is $350/3 months which includes:
a. Prescription for medication in a 90 day supply *
*Medication cost is NOT included and is paid directly by you to the pharmacy
b. 2-week follow up check in for new patients
c. 8-week follow up lab order and review of results for new patients
d. Medication management
e. Access to your provider via call/secure messaging
f. Imaging orders (i.e. mammogram) and reviews as needed
Once a refill is needed, the $350 Treatment Cost will be charged and your refill order will be authorized
